Yes, and no. We will work with you on payment options in the form of 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month payment plans however we will require 50% of the total cost to be paid upon placing the order. At this time we do not have any affiliations with financing partners such as Affirm. We do recommend using a service such as Shop, PayPal, or ZIP for additional payment plans that do not require a credit check.

Honestly, because I could not come up with a name I liked and was venting to a friend who offered me a Dum Dum sucker as a consolation. It made me laugh, so I decided to take that energy and run with it.

Yes, everyone who purchases/plays Dum Drums is an endorser. Also, anyone who supports us on Patreon is an endorser.
We definitely are open to more formal endorsement agreements with drummers. We look for people who really fit into our vision of people building people. You support us, we support you. We offer backline gear, repairs, restorations, and tuning services.
As for an official endorsement agreement, we look at a few things:
Is the drummer active (youtube/tiktok, touring, studio work, gigging, etc…)?
What values do they demonstrate?
Do they dance? If you’re interested in discussing an endorsement agreement please reach out and let’s chat.
-
No, we do not give away free drums outside of promotional events or donations made to schools or other organizations that provide musical eductaion.

The term “Drum Repair”, at least to us, implies broken hardware or maybe dulled bearing edges. The term “Drum Restoration”, at least to us, implies a full makeover of the drum.
If you just want to swap out a snare strainer or have the bearing edges re-cut, or some other individual piece of the drum replaced, then we would price it as a repair.
If you want to have all the hardware replaced, refinish the shell with a new wrap or paint/stain, redrill holes and cut bearing edges, then it would be priced as a restoration.
Basically, if it looks and sounds like a new drum when we’re finished, it is a restoration. If it looks and sounds the same, maybe a little cleaner, when we’re finished then it is just a repair.
-
At the moment we do not have any dealers that we partner with. Though we’d like to change that in the future.
If you are a dealer and would like to chat about the possibility please contact us and let’s discuss it.
-
Absolutely! If you are close by and want to come by and pick up your drums we would love to have you. We can discuss pick-up details when the drums are ready.
